Goals

Q4 2026 Goals

  • Hit quota targets (All TAMs)
  • Hit the overall team revenue goal (Landon, Ben)
  • Figure out a way to bring customer data into CA in a standardized and compliant way in order to make cloud runs, scouts etc. possible and concrete (Leo).
  • Onboard 2.0 - create two new playbooks for onboarding new joiners to the TAM team. One for the new joiner and one for the buddy. They should be directly Linked with key milestones for both product and sales-based onboarding steps. (Leon + Landon)
  • Build a playbook for creative customer engagement beyond visits and merch. Test at least 3 approaches and record outcomes. The playbook will share repeatable approaches and which customers they suit. (Anna Marie)
  • Build a PostHog for GTM + CS: playbook + skill that helps customer-facing teams get real value, signal, and actionable output out of PostHog (Catherine)
  • Build a daily account digest any TAM can switch on. This will send a Slack message to each TAM and turns usage, billing, Salesforce, calls, news, and PostHog ships into suggested actions (Yasmin)

Principles

No sales-y talk - we are direct, open and honest with customers. We share as much as possible publicly, rather than hiding it behind a mandatory demo call. We are honest when we don't know the answer, or if we're not sure that PostHog is the right solution for a customer.

Speed - we are frighteningly responsive. If a customer is in a rush, we do our best to work at their pace. We are clear about expectations, and do not promise what we cannot deliver to close a deal.

Experts helping experts - there is nothing more frustrating than talking to a salesperson who can't give you all the answers. We keep 'let me find out from the team' to an absolute minimum.

Help customers be more efficient - instead of adding more to their plate, we want to show how PostHog can make them more efficient.
