🚀 Migrate apps to Kargo and platformctl / O11y / Enhance QGs – Driver: Stephen Schmidt
Q3 was the groundwork and Q4 is the payoff. The other two goals work better once everything runs the same way. Get the majority of apps running on Kargo and make Kargo awesome.
🚪Unified Platform / Frontdoor – Driver: Keelan Jenkinson
We have brilliant tools, but they're fragmented. New engineers depend on tribal knowledge or trust their agent. We want one front door that ties it all together and reduces friction for our customers, the engineers.
🕵 Agentic Ops (again?!) – Driver: Sven Lange
Sherlock owns alert triage, but the incident level isn't covered at all. Some recurring prod work still runs through the toolbox and standing admin access. We want safe, audited abstractions that let agents close the loop.
