Q4 2026 objectives
Our focus this quarter is UI: make PostHog a compelling home for business intelligence (BI) and notebook analysis.
Team: Marius, with Anna as PM.
Objective 1: Build an industry-leading BI interface
Owner: Marius
Motivation: Teams should be able to move their BI work to PostHog without compromising on the interface. Their existing BI tool should no longer be a reason not to move to PostHog.
What we'll ship:
- An industry-leading BI interface for exploring data, building visualizations, and working with dashboards.
Objective 2: Build an industry-leading notebook experience
Owner: Marius
Motivation: Teams should have a notebook experience in PostHog that matches the best dedicated analysis tools. The UI should make PostHog a compelling place to do their analysis.
What we'll ship:
- An industry-leading notebook interface for writing, running, and presenting analyses.
We'll know we're successful when teams no longer see their existing BI or notebook tools as a reason not to move to PostHog.
